My name is louis and I'm 6 months old
Know
everything there is to know about digging. I can get a pot plant out
in under a minute and have a backyard looking like a minefield in a
week or so. Hobbies.....I like playing with my shoe, then there's ball....
much better now that the air's gone...shoe laces... I love shoe laces
and dressing gowns and thongs.
I spend quite a lot of time with my clothes line swing, it's only a stuffed sock tied on with old laces but boy do sock and I have some good times together. I used to like to pinch the washing out of the basket, still do a bit, but that's being discouraged with the rolled newspaper. I ate that paper one night.
I
can learn pretty fast if I put my mind to it. Things like "sit" and "stay" and "lie
down" are a piece of cake.. literally. And I come when I'm called if
I'm in the mood. But I can't get the hang of "go back" just at the
moment. That's in the too hard basket with "outside" and "bring that
back".
I started sleeping outside on my own just a couple of weeks after I arrived here, when I was about 3. Prefer it out there at night and I can get up when I feel like it. Don't get me wrong I'm allowed into some of the house when they're home, in fact they've gone to a lot of trouble to build two little fences so I know where to stop... or jump!!! Sometimes they get a bit shirty if I keep asking to go in and out all the time. And talking about going in and out....I haven't done it inside since I was about 3 months old... not bad eh??? I also like walking on the lead and I usually only pull when I'm getting close to home.... That's because home is so much fun.
I've
chucked up in the car 3 times now... real beauties, but I think I'm
over that now, now that I'm almost grown up. So how big am I..... well
I'm 90cm long, nose to tail tip and I stand a whopping 55cm that's
to the top of my head. Height is very handy when making dinner comparisons,
and I've become aware that some people aren't sharing!!!! Back to me,
at present I weigh about 16kgs and you'll be surprised to hear that
I still fit in the laundry trough if I'm in the mood.
So at my age what are my favourite things???? Where do I start??.. there's chicken necks and mud and apple and teddy and plastic bottles and hose games and jumping on people and dragging my bed out and pinching things and chasing birds and meeting other dogs and sniffing about and plastic bags....oh yes, give me a couple of plastic bags and I'll show you what snow looks like!!! I love fruit, funny isn't it.... any sort of fruit, even grapefruit.
So that's a bit of and insight into my life.... the life of Lubo... Leaping Lou....Louis of Cantebury..... aged half.
